Our first visit was in 2007. We had a next door neighbor who was a resident. We built a temporary screen between us to block the view of his poorly kept site. At our last visit they were still there. We can back for one week because of no other choice in the Tampa area. As one reviewer stated, too many permanates, unkempt grounds, mean employees,also uncontrolled pets. All the "no see um's" live there and feast on you. No outdoor activities allowed, Since my first visit no money appears to have gone back for more than basic upkeep.There have been no improvements. Cable is out in one area next to the water,higher rate sites, yet you cannot get satilite because of trees. They have a great location, central to many areas, a beautiful location. I returned in 08,and a week in 09 & 10 because of promises of major improvements.None happen. Prices too high for so much discomfort.

This was our 6th and last return.....too many live ins (trashy areas) New owners NOT a GOOD IDEA! Have never seen the part this empty for a winter season! Mean and unfriendly people here!!!!
