This was our second time here. Love the place and the staff is always friendly and professional. The kids loved the movie nights, Snack Shack, and fireworks at Sea World. The beach area is nice and easy to access from the park. The only concern we had was that the restrooms / showers are poorly maintained, but are useable.

Our family had two rigs together in beautiful Bay View spots. We had a wonderful, relaxing time looking at the amazing bay, reading, and talking and laughing with each other. We brought a kayak with us and launched it in the small beach part of the resort. You can rent kayaks, paddle boards and other ocean toys at the resort. The most outstanding point for us was the friendly staff. From the office people, to the security professionals, to the staff members who ride around in carts, everyone was professional and welcoming. Kevin and Brian are two staff members who we feel went above and beyond in their helpfulness. The camp quiets down nicely at 10 pm, right after the amazing fireworks display at sea world! A couple areas that could be improved would be, first, the cleanliness of the bathrooms. They should be cleaned by staff members a little more often than they are, especially during the busy summer season. The second thing is a little more serious. The resort is very popular with families and there are many children riding bikes, scooters, and skateboards completely unsupervised by parents. The resort has a LOT of traffic. Big rigs and other vehicles are constantly in motion ( this is an rv park!) I don't know exactly what the solution is but I was terrified that a child was going to be run over. My husband and I were white knuckled as we drove VERY slowly to our spot. Kids as young as two or three years old were riding tricycles down the middle of the roadways without an adult in sight. Overall, however, we were very pleased with our visit and have already made reservations for next summer.

CAMP IS GREAT PLACE. PROBLEM IS KIDS RUNNING AROUND UNSUPERVISED. ON RECENT VISIT VANDALISM OF LIGHTS ON PROMENADE WERE REPORTED. SEEMS LIKE PARENTS LET KIDS RUN WILD WITH NO SUPERVISION AND IT WAS WORSE THIS YEAR THAN IN YEARS PAST. THE UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN RUN UP AND DOWN THE STREETS OF THE PARK ON BIKES, SCOOTERS, TRIKES, OR WHATEVER WITHOUT RESPECT FOR PEOPLE MOVING TRAILERS OR THEIR VEHICLES. I LOVE THIS PARK BUT IT WAS A LITTLE BIT OF THE WILD WEST UNTIL SECURITY CLAMPED DOWN AFTER THE VANDALISM NOTICE WAS SENT. I THINK THAT A PARENT'S CLOSER MONITORING OF THEIR CHILDREN SHOULD TAKE CARE OF MOST OF THE PROBLEMS.
