Cheaper than hotels!

We were in San Diego on Business. Hotels are $300 per night plus parking costs. MBRV park is only $300 per week. My family was safer on their beach all day than they would be around the "Zombies" in the Gaslight district. It is an easy 13 minute drive to the Convention center.

Resort great. Security, not so much

This resort is wonderful if you are looking to enjoy San Diego. The proximity to the bay and to downtown make this a great destination. We have stayed before and really enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the amenities. The bathrooms and showers are clean and very well kept. The park is clean, and has a nice beach to relax on. There is a bay walk which is nice as well. It is pet friendly, and the check in staff is very nice. The security guards at the place make the experience somewhat less desirable as there are many rules that they like to enforce in a not so friendly way.
