We were fortunate enough to stumble upon this "gem" right in the center of Quincy! One weekend stay and we returned for another 4 weekends! Exceptionally clean, plenty of shade, close to beautiful Buck's Lake and best of all, the owners, Diane & Wes! They are so friendly and can not do enough to make your stay enjoyable! We can not wait for next summer to return!

This park is a great find. The owners are very helpful and maintain the park beautifully. Two great places to visit while there. Buck Lake is beautiful and for you golfers, there is a fun, inexpensive 9 hole course called Mt. Huff Golf Course. Bothe are about a 30 minute drive.

Wes, Diane and their staff were delightful. We just couldn't have had a better time. The park is so clean and pretty. It is located adjacent to the city park and swimming pool. I highly recommend this RV Park.

Our Moose Club chose Pioneer RV Park for their August campout.....what a fantastic choice!!!! Wes and Diane are the perfect hosts and the park is absolutely beautiful. The clubhouse is ideal for potlucks and gatherings, the RV spaces are large and VERY well kept and the WiFi works great everywhere in the park. We highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a great vacation spot, or a place for a club outing....you won't be disappointed.

I phone and I told date and time needed and that we had three young children ! I went to check in and Wes & Diane start bickering about the computer ,chair ,receipt and something else. Just kinda laugh it off as a old married couple thing.Well I should have look at it better . Cause the nit picking Diane was doing to her Wes turn quickly on our family! With in the first hour she came over .Diane inform us that our Toddlers and 8 year old need helmets and that it was CA state law .I agreed that yes indeed my 8 year old should be wearing ti. Toddlers on their baby trikes riding next to us did not require it by law. Then a few hours go by NEXT it was the lawn! first she didn't like the chairs on it ????? Then we had a small pop up tent for our children. IT was used to play in. That was a problem . We have a small pop up tent and have to store some items outside our tent trailer. I always use storage boxes that our cleaned and clearly marked. I put all containers very neatly stacked under the front of our camper.Day two I came into the laundry room and was told i better be very neat and tidy. i think these people miss bossing their children around so I think we fill their bill. When I came back to pick up my laundry I just happened to walk in when they were cleaning out the change machine would have swore i came in guns blazing going to rob them . Again just had to laugh at these people . I realized that my husband had my wallet and i had no more change and did not want to hold up dryer. I went and pick up my load of towels. I figure that would hang up neatly on our pop up canopy. I made sure before I left camp I clean to Diane regulation !I cleaned all rocks off ground,put chairs away made sure it looked like no one was camping there !! Still not good When we returned we were told they dont serve our kind and we were to young

Campground was excellent, clean, and attractive. There was ample room to turn into our sight. Toilets and showers were clean and modern. However the showers did not meet my standard. Problems: 1)Coin operated showers with no directions. Fortunatley I had used similar machines 30 years ago but I still lost a quarter. Few modern campgrounds have them anymore. 2) Shower curtain was too light. It blew in and wrapped around my legs. 3) There was absoutely no counter space anyplace. My wife and I rate showers & toilets on a scale of 1 to 10. Based on the problems listed above this shower is a 7. While new and clean it was very uncomfortable to use.

At least once a year we end up in Quincy on our way somewhere else ... and always appreciate being able to say at Pioneer RV Park. The new owners are exceptionally nice, which is just an added bonus. The park is always clean, etc ... it was good being able to talk with the owners and get recommendation for good food in the area. Highly recommend this RV park
